  property of definition to be updated.
  Due to balancing operation performed on saving diagram.
  

Problem conclusion

• The definitions are being updated because a balancing action
  is performed on saving the diagram.
  This used to cause all definitions defining symbols present
  on the diagram to be visited and updated.
  Balancing code has been made more efficient in terms of only
  updating definitions that need to be updated, though
  potentially at the cost of a slower save operation.
  Original behavior will be allowed via an ini switch.
