Error description

  • When using Single Signon, reports can not be opened in Studios
    after Inactivity timeout occurred.??This happens when ?- Cognos
    Connection is opened and the reports links are already visible?-
    Inactivity timeout occurred or when restart the Cognos
    Services?- Click on open with Studio??Error
    message:?DPR-ERR-2079 Firewall security rejection. Your request
    was rejected by the firewall.??Please note:?- Only happens with
    SSO - Basic Signon causes the prompt for credentials?- Navigate
    through Cognos Connection causes a new, valid session and avoid
    the issue?- Launch Studio using the Launch menu works fine?- Run
    report (View in Cognos View) works fine?- Issue reproduced using
    Query Studio, PowerPlay Studio, Report Studio
