PM59269: SA Explorer Diagrams - Display as graphic is not always possible particularly when an encyclopedia is first opened

Error description

• Procedures to reproduce:
  
  1. Open the Samples Encyclopedia
  2. Create a new Explorer Diagram
  3. Drop a class with a sterotype onto it (e.g. receptionist)
  4. Note the symbol is displayed according to the sterotype and
  has the right-click menu options:
  Display selected symbols with adornment
  Display selected sybmols conventionally
  5. Stop System Architect
  6. Start it, open the same encyclopedia and diagram
  7. Note the symbol is displayed as a rectangle and is missing
  the menu items
  
  
  Workarounds:
  1. Open any diagram which supports that definition type - in
  this case, Class.  It can even be an empty class diagram.
  
  2. Create a new explorer diagram and drop the symbol to it - the
  corrects the original one
