Error description

  • On customer Cognos 10.1 environment, when they render a large
    report as PDF format, the following issues occur.?  - error
    occurs:There was a problem reading this document (14) or?  -
    blank page appears or?  - cognos viewer is hanging??These issues
    occur on the following condition.?  - multiple AP servers exist,
    and?  - when running a report on a report server who doesn't
    play the role of primary dispatcher, and?  - Acrobat Reader 9
    settings 'Allow fast web view' and 'Allow speculative
    downloading in the background' are enabled, and?  - 'temporary
    objects location' parameter is set to 'Server File System'
