Error description

• Environment:
  - Microsoft Windows Win 2008 r2/Redhat linux 5
      - IBM Rational Asset Manager version 7.5.1.
  
  Reproducible Y/N: Y
  
  Description of problem:
  The master lifecycles or Category Schemas list does not appear
  when the internet browser default language is set to an
  unsupported language such as nl-BE (Dutch/Belgium).
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Set the language of your browser to be nl-be.
  2. Go to master lifecycles or Category Schemas administration
  page:
  http://<server>:<port>/ram7.5.1/admin/repository/lifecycles.face
  s
  http://<server>:<port>/ram7.5.1/admin/repository/categories.face
  s
  Result:
  The list on both page appears empty.
  
  Workaround:
  To workaround the problem, the repository administrator would
  have to modify the FireFox options (or IE Internet options) to
  put English first when updating/modifying lifecycles on the
  Master Lifecycles page.
  Once the user is done with the page, simply change the language
  order back to the original setting.

  Fixed, the problem was due to  "Java"  locale  string being
  used
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is now fixed in RAM v7.5.1.1
