• ClearQuest crashes because a FLEX attribute that checks for bad
  dates.
  
  In ClearQuest 7.1.2 there is a problem/error with
  'ibmratl_lic.dll' and in ClearQuest 7.1.2.4 there is a
  problem/error related to the 'rcl_rational.dll'.
