  Some HTTP requests or responses use the Content-Encoding
  header set to "gzip" (Content-Encoding: gzip) but actually
  their contents are not zipped. The RPT test generator
  attempts to unzip such content and was reporting a failure
  when the unzip did not work.
  

Problem conclusion

• If RPT detects a failure when unzipping gzip content, the
  test generator will now catch it and leave the bytes
  unchanged so the request or the response gets generated with
  the original content.
