• When running a Build Forge adaptor, the system alert message

  Steps to reproduce:
  
  - Create test project, with single step performing 'echo hello'
  - Create test adaptor to perform 'echo adaptor test' command.
  - Configured adaptor as adaptor link for test project.
  - Start project with 'Run Link' option.
  
  Expected result:
  
  - Adaptor build executes without issue.
  
  Actual result:
  
  - Adaptor build executes without issue.
  - Build Forge system alert email listing 'Error connecting to
  license interface' for
  
  Workaround:
  
  - Configure Build Forge console 'System Alert Email' setting to
  an invalid email address.
  - Configured email filter on mail client for email configured as
  Build Forge console 'System Alert Email' to delete 'Error
  connecting to license interface.' email automatically.

  interface." is generated after bfstepcmd process created.
  

Problem conclusion

• We had license heartbeat checking in bfstepcmd which is
  unnecessary.
  It was already fixed in 713 release.
