Error description

  • It appears that WatchRule functionality that was once working,
is no longer working as expected.  After investigation, it
appears that this may have been broken after applying one of
many Interim Releases (required to resolve other critical
customer issues).  We are able to set the Rule, however an Alert
is not created.
