PM57304: FRAMEWORK MANAGER VISUAL C++ RUNTIME ERROR WHEN OPEN PROJECT WITH SECURITY

Error description

• Framework Manager Visual C++ runtime error when open project
  with security.????We are exporting an Framework Manager project
  from Adaptive Warehouse 8.4.1 and opening it with Framework
  Manager 10.1. When we open a Framework Manager project we
  encoutner a crash of the BMT.exe process for Framework Manager
  with no useful error infomration. We see a MS Visual C++ Runtime
  Error.

            ??We have been able to determine the cause of the
  problem is due to object security on FM objects exported into
  the FM project. The user account opening the FM project does not
  have permissions on these objects. Using the same account that
  performaned the export for project from Adaptive Warehouse or an
  system admin account works around this issue.

  logging a defect for this issue to have a more meaningful error
  message thrown when opening the FM project. A screenshot of the
  issue is attached to the PMR\Defect.
