Error description
When creating packages in native Endevor, PRINT SCL does not require the 'TO' option. However, RDz does require the 'TO' option in PRINT SCL. Therefore, when Endevor packages that were created in native Endevor (without TO option) are opened in RDz, all PRINT SCL is flagged in error when it really isn't.

Problem summary
RDz incorrectly validated the PRINT SCL statements in a manner which required 'TO' clauses.
Problem conclusion
Modified RDz code to allow PRINT ELEMENT statements with no 'TO' clause. The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.0.3.2 Fix Pack which is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2294&uid=swg27006335
