PM57150: generated ARXML file format does not match standard

Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 1 (7.6.1.1) for 7.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Created a project for an AUTOSAR application AR4.0 and I
  generated the ARXML file but the first field of the file is not
  well recognized by TRESOS Studio 12.0.1:

  xmlns:xsi='http://www.w3.
  org/2001/XMLSchema-instance'
  xsi:schemaLocation='http://autosar.org/4.
  0.2 AUTOSAR.xsd'?
  
  I cannot import this ARXML file in Tresos Studio 12.0.1 (from
  ELEKTROBIT).
  
  If I replace this field by the following field, It is working:
  
  ?AUTOSAR xmlns='http://autosar.org/schema/r4.0'
           xmlns:xsi='http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance'
           xsi:schemaLocation='http://autosar.org/schema/r4.0
  AUTOSAR_4-0-
