Error description
The OpenPages application uses UTF-8 encoding. When the user downloads a file with a filename in Japanese characters, it is converted to an unintelligible string, for something like this: "%e3%81%82%e3%81%84%e3%81%86%e3%81%88%e3%81%8a.dat" The issue can only be reproduced if the client PC is running a Japanese OS.
