Error description

• Under certain conditions, Synergy will set the timestamp of a
  static cache file to 0.  This has been observed in when the same
  object is bound in multiple projects that gets reconciled
  (synced) at the same time by a user in the ccm_admin role.  This
  can cause a race condition when accessing the object's cache
  file as it might be updated from multiple threads at more or
  less the same time, causing the time stamp to be set to a null
  value.  Running as ccm_admin is key to the behavior, since it
  treats static cache files as if they were modifiable and causes
  extra permission-setting operations to be performed.
  
  Running work area reconcile or sync operations in a role other
  than ccm_admin should prevent this race condition.
