PM56560: RHP 76 Will not allocate Activies from Swimlanes

Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 1 (7.6.1.1) for 7.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You are on IBM Rational Rhapsody 7.6 on Windows 7. You are
  working on an Activity diagram with swimlanes. In the swimlanes,
  you have other activities. You want to use those activities to
  populate other blocks.
  
  You go into the SE Toolkit and select the correct sourse and
  destination. Then you go to the Other tab and select 'Allocate
  from swimlanes' and you will see that the operation fails.
  
  Currently, there is no work around.
