Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 1 (7.6.1.1) for 7.6.1

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You are using IBM Rational Rhapsody 7.6.1 doing a diffmerge. The
  trivial merges go along with no errors. Then a non-trivial merge
  comes up needing user intervention. This brings up the Graphical
  Merge window.
  
  The customer got some errors regarding Argument encoding. And
  this is due in part to to be related to a new feature introduced
  in 7.6.1 in DiffMerge, Enhancement of Statechart Graphic Merge.
  Users are able to take changes from source diagrams directly:
  Picking an element on left or right side and saying 'include
  into merge'/'take from left/right'.
  
  There is no workaround at present.
