PM56249: IMAGES MISSING FROM ACTIVE REPORTS IN COGNOS EXPRESS

Error description

• When we execute an Active Report from Cognos Connection in
  Cognos Express we get prompted to Open or Save.  If we select
  Open, the report doesn't open correctly (images are missing and
  it doesn't look like it finds the stylesheet).
