Error description

• Popup warnings like: 'The license key for this product will
  expire in...' breaks automatic script.
  
  It happens at the end of the year within 2 weeks of the license
  expiration date.
  
  The IBM Rational License Key Administrator has a setting to
  'Display Expiration Warnings'
  Deselecting that setting should disable the license popup
  warning, but it does NOT work to stop the popup warning.
  
  However, it is not limited to just popup warnings for the
  licenses. Any popup warning causes the automatic script to
  break.
  
  In general, any popup windows while using Rational Software
  Architect (RSA) in silent mode breaks the automatic script. For
  example: doing automatic builds using a script.
  
  This issue is important when using RSA in silent mode. That
  means not starting the RSA GUI, but instead using a script to
  use RSA. This is important for automatic script use.

Problem conclusion

• The license checking plugin tries to display warning
  messages as dialogs. This breaks command line build when
  DISPLAY environment variable is not set on linux. Modified
  this behavior to just log warnings and not display dialogs.
  Errors would still behave the same way
