• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In 10.1.1 Business Insight, widget title renders smaller in
  comparison to the font size that is actually set to. It renders
  approx. 4 sizes smaller (Example; Font size?12 -> looks like
  size 8). ?Issue only occurs in Cognos 10.1.1 Business Insight
  widget where text of the same font type and size in   ?widget
  title looks different in size from text of the same font type
  and size in text box widget and/or text editor. Issue is not
  present in Cognos 10.1.0 FP1 Business Insight
