Error description

• If a report has both optional and required cascading prompts,
  and conditional visibility is used to hide the inactive cascade
  prompts, then if the optional prompt is answered first it
  generates the error: ????Message from Webpage??One or more of
  the required values is missing.  Required values are needed to
  produce the report.????This happens if a variable is used to set
  the style with box type none, or if a variable is used as a
  render variable.
