PM55300: PERFORMANCE AGAINST TM1 WHEN RUNNING FACT FILTER

Error description

• When using a fact filter like Measure > 1000 in Report Studio,
  the runtime increases dramatically. Without the filter the
  report gets finished within a few seconds. With the filter set
  the report needs up to an hour or more to finish.  It makes no
  difference if a filter function or detail filter is used. When a
  summary filter is used, filtering is not applied at all.
  Running such reports also creates a huge workload on the TM1
  Server.  The package is setup to use DQM.
