• Error message when exceeding the 16 group limit on Solaris for

  To Reproduce:
  
  1)  Make a temporary VOB admin account with 16 groups
  
  2)  Login with the newly created VOB admin account
  
  3)  Make a new VOB
  
  4)  Try and add one more additional group to the VOB and the
  following is seen:
  
  cleartool protectvob -add_group overlimit /ccstg/vobs/test.vbs
  
  This command affects the protection on your versioned object
  base.
  While this command is running, access to the VOB will be
  limited.
  If you have remote pools, you will have to run this command
  remotely.
  cleartool: Error: VOB /ccstg/vobs/test.vbs already has
  16 supplementary groups; only 16 more can be added.
  cleartool: Error: Trouble protecting versioned object base
  
  '/ccstg/vobs/test.vbs '.
  
  
  As you can see above, the error message incorrectly states that
  ?only 16 more can be added? when in fact no other groups can be
  added.
