Error description
When using a MSAS cube as datasource crosstabs will fail with error "I18NRuntimeError:-14:Fatal: The specified localized pattern is invalid. pattern string: "#,###.000", position: 5". This happens when a localized pattern like #,###.000 (english format) is set for a measure and a different content language (e.g. german) is used in Cognos Connection. The error will not occur in compatible mode, only for usage with dynamic query mode.
