PM55026: Using an english TI Editor the values of the fields "Action" and"Element Type" are not the same as the original ones

Error description

• A TI process was created using a russian TI Editor.     When you
  open that TI process in an english TI Editor, the values of the
  fields "Action" and "Element Type" displayed by the Dimension
  tab have changed: They are different from the original ones
  selected in the russian TI Editor.
