Error description

• Environment:
  - Microsoft Windows XP 3
   - IBM Rational Software Architect 8.0.2,8.0.2, 8.0.4

  Description of problem:
  Double clicking, in the project explorer, on a URL attached to a
  UML element automatically create a html reported with a message
  such as:
  org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog.
  (platform:/resource/TestUML/docs/Test.doc, 1, 1)
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Create a UML project with a UML model ('TestProject' and
  'TestModel')
  2. Add a folder 'docs' to the project 'TestProject'
  3. Add to the 'docs' folder a Microsoft word document.
  4. In the model TestModel, add a UML element such as a UseCase.
  5. Right click on the UseCase
  6. Add a URL that points to a document (for example a Microsoft
  word 'Test.doc') choosing
  to use the 'workspace path' option and browsing in the workspace
  to the 'docs'
  folder created in step 3.
  7. Double click, in the project explorer, on the URL that
  appeared under the uml element
  
  Result:
  The document opens as expected.
  A html report file is created under the 'docs' folder with a
  name such as Test_problem_report_1.html
  Opening the html report you can see the following message:
  message: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed
  in prolog. (platform:/resource/TestUML/docs/Test.doc, 1, 1)
  In the ,log of the workspace, you get the following error:

  !MESSAGE Problems were found in model Test.doc. Please see file

  (the .log is located in the .metadata foder under the workspace
  directory or can be viewed via Window-? Show view-? Other-?
  General-? Error Log).
  
  
  Expected Result:
  The document opens from the project explorer shortcut without
  errors nor creation of html reports.
  
  Workaround:
  None apart from deleting the html report once created.
  The html report is created only once per document when you first
  open the document having initiated a new RSA session.
