  The items produced by the explorer object report were added
  at the bottom of the drop list instead of being inserted
  after the report, which put the after the relationship
  report.
  

Problem conclusion

• The items produced by the explorer object report will be
  inserted after the report, which will put the before the
  relationship report.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Drop reports contained in the explorer complex report list
  by hand on the explorer diagram
