Client has Cognos 10.1.1 configured with SSO through AD as a LDAP Namespace.????They had HotSite put in place to resolve SSO issue.??Even after HotSite, small percentage of users are unable to login. They are seeing:??CAM-AAA-0056 Unable to authenticate????When these same problem users log in manually (through different gateway), all is okay.????SSO works correctly against exact same namespace configuration in Cognos 8.4.1.
