APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 9-digit unique IDs are causing errors when verifying URLs e.g.
  when opening a modules properties dialog.
  
  To recreate:
  
   - create a .mod containing a 9-digit ID for a module (this
  isn't normally possible without a manual hack)
   - attempt to open the properties dialog for that module.
  
  DXL errors will be given.
