• A cc.ftext formula is placed in a Form Layout. Depending on the
  length of text, is shows corrupt characters in Excel and fails
  to Validate or Process.    Standard Error   Number: -214767261
  Source: interop.Excel  Description: Attempted to read or write
  protected memory    Additional info:  This form was in use
  previously with Excel 2003 with no error. After migrating to
  Excel 2010 the for could be access for Data Entry, but produced
  the error Exception from HRESULT 0x800A03EC
  

Local fix

• Do not use more than 254 characters in comment. Re-save form in
  Excel 2003 with shorter comment then run form in Excel 2010.
