Error description

• A List report is created against a dimensional package.  The
  list uses separate data items for the detail rows and the
  summary row in the same column.  When the report is executed, it
  throws the following error:????QE-DEF-0360 The query contains a
  reference to at least one object
  '[Query.oqpTabStream].[DataItem_format]' that does not exist.
  Possible cause is the use of 2-part reference to a model query
  item, which is a deprecated feature.
  

Local fix

• Use the same data item for the detail rows and summary rows, and
   set the Aggregate Function and Rollup Aggregate Function proper
  ties for that data item as needed.
