Error description

  • 1. Blank space in front of text after a line-feed:
In the RTF section of Test Objectives of a Test Plan, add two
line-feeds one after another after a sentence and added some
text after the last line-feed. In the RQM source code it looked
    like this:
    --------------------------

    Test sentence?br/?
        ?br/?
sentence after two line feeds from the last sentence?/p?
    ----------------------------
If we look in the RPE generated output you can see a space (.)
added before the sentence after the last line-feed. This is not
there in the RQM source code but only in the RPE generate
document. You can even reproduce this with a line-feed and a
    sentence after this.

    2. Font size in RQM richtext editor:
If we set a font size of anything other than ?12x? in RQM RTF
sections, then RQM will pass on this information to RPE as (
    source code) :
    -------------------------------------------
    ?p?
?span style='font-size: 20px;'?some text with font size
    20?/span??/p?

    ----------------------------------------------------
Here irrespective of what we have set for the font size for text
element in RPE or for the stylesheet, RPE will obey the font
size set for the text in RQM and retain the same in Word output.

Is this the correct behavior? According to my understanding if
we specify any font settings in RPE (eg: text element), then RPE
should enforce this settings in the output document rather than
retaining the font information set in the source product. Please
    clarify.

    3. Font size of the numbered list.

In RQM Rich text editor, we cannot set the font size for numbers
in the numbered list. The font size set for the numbers will
always be ?12x? and you can only increase the text font size in
the numbered list. Since RPE retains the same font size set in
RQM in the Word output and does not obey the font settings in
RPE template, user now does not have any option to change the
font of the numbers in the numbered list in the RPE generated
    output.
