PM53653: MULTIPLE PIE CHARTS NOT RENDERED IN EXCEL 2007

Error description

• Create a pie chart report in report studio with more than one
  pie. Run the report in Microsoft Excel 2002 and note that all
  the pie charts are displayed.  Run the report in Microsoft Excel
  2007 and notice the difference in output. The 2007 output only
  shows 1 pie chart and not any others.  Report spec has been
  attached to defect record.  THIS PART - is a SECOND issue-
  should be logged as a separate bug: Also, the percentage values
  are not displayed as percentages in 2007, instead it is shown as
  a decimal format number.
