PM53641: NUMBERS OF THE COUNTIF-EXEL-FUNCTION DO NOT MATCH WHEN VIEWING REPORT IN XCELERATOR WEB

Error description

• A report has been created in Excel and uploaded to TM1Web. At
  the footer of the report is one row that displays a count of the
  figures from the report based on certain creteria - in this case
  value < 0.  This countif-function in combination with blank
  cell-values works fine in Excel BUT didn't work correctly in
  TM1Web - in TM1Web the blank values are including in the counts
  of values smaller than 0.    Reproduced with Cognos Express
  9.5.0 (aka TM1 9.5.1 HF9) and with TM1 9.5.2 FP1 as well.
