• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When Rhapsody starts up with EN locale, graphical info of
  Rectangle is stored under 'Rectangle' section, whereas it's
  stored under the japanese-translated 'Rectangle' section when JP
  locale is in use. This problem was fixed in Rhapsody v7.6.1.
  But, the obsoleted data stored in JP format needs to be cleaned.
