APAR status

Error description

  • User has job with several reports in it. When job is run from
    "Cognos Administration > Schedules > [Job] > Run the schedule
    once" and after that cancelled from "Cognos Administration >
    Current Activities > [Job] > Cancel", user gets an error: "The
    action you selected could not be completed for some of the
    activities because of their status or because you lack the
    necessary privileges.". After clicking "Ok" job following
    happens: ?  - Job disappers from "Current Activities" ?  - Job
    details cannot be found "Past Activies" ?  - When checking Job
    run history, there is no details on Job run activity??Single
    server Cognos setup does not lose job details.??Setup (on same
    machine)?-----------------------?10.1.1 GW?10.1.1 Application
    tier?10.1.1 Contetn manager + apptier
