PM53435: DQM: NON AGGREGATED VALUE IS NOT CORRECT FROM 16 DIGITS FOR ORACLE DB

Error description

• According to Technote 1335843, ReportNet/Cognos8(might be
  Cognos10) support 15 digits in a list report when values are
  aggregated or calculations are performed on these values.

  non-aggregated value, when we run a list report whose query has
  been set "Auto Group & Summarize = No", 20 digits are displayed
  correctly for DB2, but not displayed correctly from 16 digits
  for Oracle. If we run the same report on Compatible Query mode,
  correct 20 digits are displayed for both DB.
