Error description

  • Synergy webmode 7.1 and RDS 5.1 treats the username as case
    sensitive.
    
    In 7.1, using Windows authentication, the username is read from
    the corporate LDAP (Active Directory).
    The username entry in the corporate LDAP is inconsistent. Having
    lower case usernames, upper case usernames and mixed case
    usernames will cause serious problems for users after upgrade to
    Synergy 7.1.
