PM53284: DFT-cannot instantiate abstract class error while using SXF

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While using SXF (Framework Safety Critical), if the following
  two conditions are met, then it throws complier error, 'cannot
  instantiate abstract class'.
  (1) Class A has compoisition relationship with Class B and (2)
  Class B is a Reactive class whereas Class A is not.
  
  
  Class A inherits OMReactive but it doesn't override pure virtual
  funtion, rootState_entDef() and rootState_processEvent(), so it
  results in compiler error.
