PM53275: AFTER EXECUTING 'BFSCHEMA -R' TWICE, ERROR IS OCCURRED.

APAR status

• Closed as Permanent restriction.

Error description

• Install notes on jazz.net should be changed to avoid executing
  'bfschema -R' twice.
  Customer upgraded to 7.1.2 from 7.1.1.4, and executed 'bfschema
  -R' before.
  Currently customer also tried to upgrade to 7.1.3 and executed
  'bfschema -R' again.
  Then the error message is shown on console window.
  'bfschema -R' should not be executed twice.
