Users Affected: WebSphere Trasnformation Extender customers using Launcher on Windows 64 bit platform or using WMB, WESB or SI with resource manager enabled on all 64 bits platforms Problem Description: This problem applies only to 8400 release. The memory block allocated to store information about pending events is not sufficient causing abends in memory management functions (malloc/free/realloc) or random crashes in resmgr library Platforms Affected: ALL 64 bits
