APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Adding a large number of new tasks to a Project Grouping gives
  the impression that the interface is hanging, when in fact the
  Tasks tab in the Project Grouping is just refreshing.
  
  This is a side effect of an interface change which was made in
  Synergy 7.1.0.1.
  
  We should display an hourglass as soon as the work starts to
  refresh the Tasks tab, so that the user knows it is still
  processing.
