• Problem Description:
  
  A filter express using quotes is incorrectly parsed by QCI when
  a synch task has an favourite endpoint.
  
  To Reproduce:
  
  Use a filter of the type for example 'A' or = 'A'.
  
  Expected Result:
  
  The synch only selects the objects seen after the filter is
  applied.
  
  Actual Result:
  
  The filter is ignored so all objects are synched.
  
  Workaround
  
  Try to express the filter without using quotes for example A or
  = A.

  The integration was incorrectly un-escaping the filter data
  returned by QC. This meant that when we attempted to apply
  that filter prior to starting the synchronisation process QC
  treated it as invalid data.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code no longer un-escapes the QC filter data.
