PM52523: Go Search errors irregularly

Error description

• Customer sees the following error when Searching in Cognos
  connection sometimes.  It works at times and fails for other
  periods.  Generally after restart it works for a while and
  eventually stops working.  He's noted it happens right away
  after restart once.  He's the only user that's reported this so
  far.??PF-VAL-6165 Security Rejection. Your request was rejected
  because it?failed the fragment input validation. Rejection
  details are available?in the log. Please contact your
  administrator
  

Local fix

• Drop the number of visible items for the user with the issue to
  15.  Having it set too high causes this issue.
