Error description

  • After applying of PTF UK61780, TWSz dependent variables
with "val req=N" and set to ¬ (logical not) or has this as a
default setting are wrongly substituted with blank instead of
null string as documented.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In some scenarios a variable valorized  *
*                      with the logical not value "¬" is not   *
*                      correctly substituted                   *

* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY THE PTF FIXING THIS APAR               *
****************************************************************
The scenarios where a dependent variable (whose "VAL REQ" flag
is set to "N") has to assume the logical not value "¬" because
of the value the independent value controlling it are not
correctly managed. In fact the dependent variable value is not
nullified but is wrongly replaced with a blank value.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The problem has been fixed. Now the dependent value is
correctly nullified when his value is set to be the logical
not "¬".
