PM51791: Unable to delete the Referenced files

Error description

• Summary:
  Customer is unable to delete the Referenced files as shown in
  the attached video recording
  
  Description:
  please find enclosed the model. Just open it and try to delete
  the SwcA_IClSe rereferenced interface. Then the error message
  will appear.
  
  Environment Details:
  o 7.5.3
  o Build: 2030848
  o Developer for C edition
  
  
  Attachments:
  Attachments.zip contains screenshots and the sample models sent
  by the customer.
  
  
  Suport Analysis:
  This issue is not reprouceable at support.
  Additionally raised this as an Escalation with ID:
  RATLC02574305.
  Customer is not willing to upgrade and hence raising the defect
  as per advice of PD.
  
  
  Customer Comment:
  it is an important topic and it is not solved yet.
  
  You got an example model,
  
  you got a video which is showing the behaviour,
  
  
  What else we can do, it is not our job to fix the problem -
  anyhow we would need the source code to do.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Instead of Rhapsody 7.5.3.3, it is fixed in 7.6.1.2
  Confirmed with the Developer on this.
