Error description

• When generating a RTF report from DiffMerge, some of graphical
  settings applied to free shapes on Statechart are ignored in the
  generated report.
  
          Examples:
          Rectangle (Style=Dotted, Fill=No-Filled) -?
  (Style=Straight, Fill=Filled)
          Eclipse (Line Colour=Red, Patter=Diagonal) -? (Line
  Colour=Black, Patter=NO Pattern)
          Polygon (Line Colour=Red) -?  (Line Colour=Black)
          Polycurve (Line Width=3) -? (Line Width=1)
  
          This problem occurs when reports are generated with
  ProductLocale set to JA (Japanese)
