PM51768: project view not refreshed after update

Rational Synergy Fix Pack 5 (7.1.0.5) for 7.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A developer will run an update on their 7.1.0.2.04 webmode
  client.  The update appears to run successfully, but when they
  go to look at the project view they notice inconsistencies.
  Objects that should have been updated with new versions are not
  present.  If they click on the existing older version of the
  object they will get a message saying not a member of the
  project.
  
  This has happened to many users in the database but is not
  consistent.  They cannot reproduce it at will.  It appears the
  gui is not getting refreshed properly.  The users have to either
  restart their session or wait for the gui to refresh on its own
  (one user indicated this took 30 minutes) or they have to click
  on Refresh for the project view.
