PM51283: COBOL help is not available in LPEX Editor on Windows 7

Error description

• APAR Error Description:
  
  Abstract: Attempts to open the COBOL help by pressing F1 key
  when editing a remote COBOL file in the LPEX Editor in Rational
  Developer for System Z (RDz) version 7.6.2.2 on Microsoft
  Windows 7 result in opening the LPEX Editor help instead.
  
  Problem:
  RDz .log shows error:
  
  !ENTRY com.ibm.ftt.lpex.systemz 4 0 2011-09-14 08:27:04.700
  !MESSAGE *** SystemzLpex#loadLanguageHelpMap Unable to find the
  doc plugin:com.ibm.ent.cbl.zos.cshelp
  
  To reproduce the problem:
  
  1) Install RDz 7.6.x on Windows 7
  2) Start it and open a remote COBOL file from the Remote System
  Explorer in the LPEX Editor
  3) Write for example a CALL statement, select it and press F1
  4) The LPEX Editor help gets opened instead of the COBOL help
  for CALL statement
  
  Local fix:
  To workaround the problem it is possible:
  
  1) to copy the file ?RDz
  root?\SDPShared\plugins\com.ibm.ent.cbl.zos.cshelp_7.5.0.v200909
  14_0202.jar
  to ?RDz
  root?\SDP\plugins\com.ibm.ent.cbl.zos.cshelp_7.5.0.v20090914_999
  9.jar
  (so from SDPShared\plugins to SDP\plugins)
  
  2) restart RDz with -clean option
  'C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP\eclipse.exe' -product
  com.ibm.rational.developer.systemz.product.ide -clean

• COBOL help is now always installed on Windows 7.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.3 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
