Problem summary

• There's a bug in classification scanner setting the flag to 'I'
  when it should be setting it to 'C'.  This code was recently
  reworked to improve performance when using RaaSync, so this
  regression was likely introduced in FP4
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was corrected in the classification scanner
  

Temporary fix

• Apply RAA 6.0.0.6 Fixpak
