  RUI designer: While dragging a new compont, the designer is
  almost blank.
  In an existing RUI file , try to drag a button for example the
  RUI design seems to be almost blank while trying to drag the new
  widget

  The Javascript Runtime has a method to check whether the
  cell in a GridLayout is empty, and it returns wrong result
  for some cases.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the Javascript Runtime to fix this issue.
